Well today Aunt Flow decided to come and pay me a visit.
I feel like I gained 5 pounds but I have not.
DAMN YOU AUNT FLOW!!!
Anyways,
here is what I ate....
breakfast
coffee
3 strawberries
lunch
turkey burger
onions
brocolli
coffee
dinner
cracked crab
tomato bruchetta
3 melba toast
I still feel good but wonder if I will lose any weight now that I am on my period.
